§ Mr. Stradling ThomasI wish to encourage the provision of service areas along the M4 motorway; but it must be for the private sector to come forward with specific proposals and I was glad to open on 17 June the new services area at Pont Abraham. The Welsh Office is ready to advise any potential developers.
