§ Mr. Tom KingThe United Kingdom supports the paragraph in the solemn declaration on the removal of obstacles to free movement and the further development of the common transport policy which accords with our own policies and priorities in this area. The effect on current United Kingdom laws and practices will depend on the nature of the measures adopted to give effect to these policies.
