§ Mr. David MitchellWe intend, in accordance with our manifesto commitments, to introduce private capital into the British Airports Authority. I shall be discussing with the chairman of the authority how best this might be achieved. When I have formulated more detailed plans I will, of course, announce them in the normal way.
