§ Mrs. FennerThe European Community provides aids to facilitate the use of concentrated grape must from certain areas of the European Community in British wine and home wine kits, worth 0.15 ecu/kg (9p/kg) and 0.26 ecu/kg (16p/kg), respectively.
The amount of these aids paid in the United Kingdom since they were introduced was £52,000 in 1980–81 and £179,000 in 1981–82.
