Mr. McNamara

asked the Secretary of State for Northern Ireland how many members of the security forces, including the Royal Ulster Constabulary and its reserve, have been charged with offences since 31 July 1973, including scheduled and non-scheduled offences; which service each person charged belonged to; what was the original charge in each case; what was the charge on which the person was brought to trial; and what was the verdict in each case.
