§ Mr. Lathamasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether he will make a statement on the alteration which will be made in resources to the Leicestershire health authority during the current financial year, following the recent statement by the Chancellor of the Exchequer.
§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe Trent regional health authority is responsible for allocating resources to the district health authorities in the region. Under the recently revised revenue allocations the RHA is still receiving £9.8 million in additional resources in real terms in 1983–84. My hon. Friend may like to seek information direct from the RHA as to any change in its resource allocation to the Leicestershire health authority.
