Yes. Regional development grants are provided under certain conditions which are intended to ensure that the grant-aided assets continue to be used for at least 4 years within the development areas. When a company closes its premises and the grant-aided assets cease to be used, or are transferred outside the development areas it is the Department's normal practice to recover grant.
