§ Mr. NewtonNo. The scheme which I believe my hon. Friend has in mind has not received, nor will it receive, official approval. Moreover, the advertising material which has been used contains a facsimile of an official document, conveying a misleading impression of authority, which is contrary to the law of copyright. This infringement has been drawn to the attention of those concerned and they have agreed to modify their advertising.
