§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for Wales, in view of the protracted delays in settling the question of compensation for flooding arising from the realignment of the A487 trunk road in the vicinity of Vaynol Lodge, near Felinheli, when he hopes to be in a position to conclude this matter.
§ Mr. Stradling Thomas[pursuant to his reply, 28 July 1983, c. 582]: The hon. Gentleman should be aware that the question of liability in this matter is still to be resolved.
