§ Mr. Brookethe programme of research being undertaken at the Medical Research Council's institute of hearing research continues to develop well. The annual report from the institute for 1981, which summarises the work being carried out both at its headquarters and at its out-stations, is available in the Library. The 1982 report is not yet available.
