§ Mr. Kenneth ClarkeThe team is making an important and effective contribution to the development of services for mentally handicapped people and their families, and I should like to record my thanks to Dr. Simon and his colleagues for the good work they are doing. The team offers independent practical advice to health and social services authorities on the planning and operation of all their mental handicap services. We have no plans for major changes in its methods of operation.
