§ Dr. BoysonNo record was kept of the number but it is estimated that about half of those that were seen by the inspectorate were illegible. An improved type of Form A14N has now been obtained which should produce legible copies, and this is now in use. Instructions have also been given that claimants should receive clear notification of the reasons for the deduction which has been made for voluntary unemployment and the right of appeal which exists.
