§ Mr. Ashleyasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will list the total number of mentally handicapped people in full time residential institutions and class them male, female, adult or children; and if he will list the hospitals, homes or other institutions, with the numbers of mentally handicapped people in each together with the number of staff employed.
