§ Mr. HayhoeThe provisional figures for receipts from excise duties in the financial year 1982–83 are £191,000 309W for United Kingdom produced wine of fresh grapes and £53 million for United Kingdom produced made-wine. It is estimated that the receipts from VAT on these products were about £20 million. Rates of excise duties will be reviewed before the Budget.
