§ Mr. WaldegraveThe document which was to have been signed on 7 July was an agreement between the Greater London council and the Property Services Agency to enter in due course into a lease of the premises owned by the GLC. The draft agreement covered a specified maximum period for the completion of building works on the theatre museum to be carried out at the Government's expense, at the end of which the lease itself would be granted.
