§ Mr. WaldegraveNo capital expenditure has yet been incurred by the Property Services Agency on the Theatre Museum project, since building work has not started. Total preparatory expenditure by PSA and other Departments in recent years on design and related work, including consultants' fees and legal and administrative costs, cannot readily be quantified, but is estimated to be in the region of £0.7 million.
