asked Her Majesty's Government:

Whether they will give an assurance that any requests by embassies in Westminster, Kensington and Chelsea for increased reserved car parking areas will not be granted, so as not to reduce the facilities for residents and other users of car parks.

This is a matter for the Greater London Council, in consultation with the borough councils and the Metropolitan Police.
