§ Mr. StanleyThere are some 1,770 United Kingdom personnel stationed on Gibraltar. In addition, there are about 225 Royal Naval personnel serving at sea but based in Gibraltar, some 105 members of the Royal Naval Reserve and about 260 personnel of the Gibraltar Regiment.
§ Mr. McQuarrieasked the Secretary of State for Defence if he will provide additional aircraft, guns, missiles and surveillance radar in Gibraltar for the defence of the Straits of Gibraltar.
