§ Mr. Alexander FletcherThere have as yet been no consultations on the reform of copyright within the Community. It was expected that the Commission would publish a memorandum on harmonisation of copyright last year, and that intergovernmental discussions based on that document would follow. The memorandum has, however, not appeared and I am not able to say when it will be likely to do so.
