§ Mr. Evennettasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science what arrangements are envisaged for the control of education in inner London after the Greater London council has been abolished.
§ Mr. DunnThe Inner London education authority will be replaced by a joint board composed of elected representatives of the Inner London boroughs and the City. Our proposals will be set out in a White Paper in the autumn, and we shall be consulting interested parties in due course.
