§ Mr. Lawrenceasked the Secretary of State for Social Services (1) if he will make a statement on the implications of the judgment in the case of McColl v. Strathclyde regional council for his policy relating to the fluoridation of public water supplies;
(2) whether he is proposing to introduce legislation to make the artificial fluoridation of the public drinking water supply lawful.
