§ Mr. Kilroy-Silkasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department how many prisoners were granted (a) terminal home leave and (b) short home leave in the latest year for which figures are available.
§ Mr. HurdThe only information available centrally is the total number of occassions on which terminal or short home leave was granted to prisoners in prisons and remand centres in England and Wales. There were approximately 2,400 such grants in 1982.
