§ Mr. WaldegraveI shall be considering the results of our review of the financial implications of the implementation of sections 12–14 of the Control of Pollution Act 1974 shortly. A decision on the question of implementation will be made in the near future, and in the event of a decision to proceed the usual consultation will take place.
