Friend the member for Hazel Grove (Mr. Arnold) on 28 June, we are encouraging the railways board to consider ways of introducing private capital into the railway business, for example, into the non-stop service between Victoria and Gatwick airport to be introduced next year—[Vol. 44, c.59.]
