§ Mr. YoungerThe installation and commissioning of the new hardware for the Scottish libraries co-operative automation project—SCOLCAP—is almost completed. The final major payment under the contract is now due and, pending parliamentary approval of the necessary token Supplementary Estimate, this will be met by an advance of £129,662.50 from the Contingencies Fund, which will be repaid from a reallocation of resources within the national library's Vote.
