§ Mr. Dalyellasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs why he has appointed an assessor on the Natural Environmental Research Council to consider Antarctic matters.
§ Mr. OnslowAlthough it is understood the Natural Environmental Research Council intends to invite my right hon. Friend to provide an assessor to the council, no such invitation has yet been received.
