§ Mr. Arnoldasked the Secretary of State for Transport when he expects to announce a decision on the proposed pedestrianisation order relating to Chapelfields, Church street and Chapel street, Marple, which was submitted to his Department by the metropolitan borough of Stockport on 18 January 1982.
