§ Mr. WhitelawI received the third periodical report of the Parliamentary Boundary Commission for Wales on 24 January. Required by the House of Commons (Redistribution of Seats) Act 1949, as soon as may be I will lay the report together with the draft of an Order-in-Council for giving effect, whether with or without modifications, to the recommendations contained in the report.
