§ Mr. David MitchellThis is a matter for the Northern Ireland Housing Executive, but I understand from the chairman that at 14 January 1983 about 18,400 formal offers had been accepted by tenants and of these 13,406 sales have been completed. New applications—and re-applications by tenants whose previous applications have lapsed—are now being received at an average rate of about 115 per week.
