§ Mr. WaldegraveMy right hon. Friend is looking forward to the advice of the national advisory body on the outcome of its planning exercise in the latter part of the year, when responses from local education authorities will have been submitted and assessed. He intends shortly to offer the NAB some wide-ranging guidance, in the light of its first report which he has now received; and this will include some guidlines for the assessment of responses to its planning exercise.
