§ Mr. Jim Lestorasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what response Her Majesty's Government are making to the fourth international committee of the Red Cross appeal for refugee relief in E1 Salvador.
§ Mr. RaisonI propose, subject to parliamentary approval, to contribute £100,000 to the International Committee of the Red Cross for it to continue its refugee relief work in E1 Salvador. Provision will be sought in the Spring Supplementary Estimates.
