Mr. Gryllsasked the Minister for Trade, in view of the fact that, contrary to section 131 of the Companies Act 1948, there has been no annual meeting of shareholders of the company which owned the Tribune newspaper for 10 years, whether he will institute an investigation of that company's affairs under section 165 of the Companies Act 1948.
