§ Mr. George Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will appoint a new inspector to conduct the re-opened hearing on White Conduit Street, Grant Street and Cloudesley Road, London N1, so that the points rejected by the inspector at the earlier hearing may be raised again without fear of prejudice.
