§ 54. Mr. David Watkinsasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, in response to the appeal by Commissioner General Rydbeck, he proposes to increase the United Kingdom's contribution, in 1983, to the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine refugees.
