§ Mr. MacfarlaneThe financial guidance, which I expect to publish within the next week or so, will ensure that fair and reasonable payment is made to those who enter into management agreements within its scope, and I have taken all relevant factors into account in its preparation, including the responses to public consultation on the draft issued on 9 September last.
