§ Mr. Peter ReesIn the three years ending November 1982 the average annual crude deficit on United Kingdom trade in manufactures with the other countries of the EC was £3.2 billion; in 1970, 1971 and 1972 the annual crude surpluses on this trade were £463 million, £330 million and £21 million respectively.
