§ Mr. Adleyasked the Secretary of State for Transport if he will make a statement on his Department's proposals on the problems created by proposals to moor liquid petroleum tankers offshore, but outwith the control of offshore or onshore authorities.
§ Mr. EyreThe working party has completed its work, and the Government Departments concerned are considering its recommendations. My right hon. Friend hopes to be able to make an announcement soon.
