§ Mr. Woolmerasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer what percentage of schedule D tax collectable in the year 181W then current had actually been received on 14 January in each of the four years 1980 to 1983 inclusive for each of the 15 management regions of the Inland Revenue in the United Kingdom.
