§ Mr. Wigleyasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he will publish a table showing the outstanding gross loan debt of each local authority in England on 31 March for the last year for which figures are available in terms of £ per person living in that local authority area, and in terms of equivalent rate poundage for that area.
