§ 30. Sir Anthony Royleasked the Attorney-General if, in view of the decision of the Court of Appeal on 20 December, he will now take action forthwith to apply for the removal of charitable status from the Unification Church.
§ The Attorney-GeneralThe time limit for a petition for leave to appeal to the House of Lords has not yet expired and the matter is therefore still before the courts. Accordingly it would not be appropriate for me to make any comment at this stage.
