§ Mr. Meacherasked the Minister for Trade, what steps he has taken to ensure that all British companies operating in South Africa have submitted their reports under the European Economic Council code of conduct for the year ended June 1982.
§ Mr. SproatCompanies believed to fall within the scope of the voluntary European code of conduct for companies with interests in South Africa and which had not submitted reports were reminded of their responsibility by the Department on 17 September 1982 and again, where appropriate, on 15 December 1982.
