§ Mr. BlakerFrom 2 April to 23 December 1982, Defence Ministers answered approximately 647 parliamentary questions related to the operations in the South Atlantic including the Falkland Islands. My hon. Friend the Minister for the Civil Service stated on 13 July 1982 that the average cost of a written answer is assessed at £37 and an oral answer £60.
