§ Mr. Alexander FletcherFollowing the Electricity Council's recent recommendation to the area boards in England and Wales that they should implement as soon as practicable a standing charge rebate scheme, I have asked the Scottish electricity boards to review their own position. I expect to receive a response from the boards within the next few weeks.
