§ Mr. David MitchellEmployees in the water service of the Department of the Environment for Northern Ireland are covered for superannuation purposes by the principal Civil Service pension scheme (Northern Ireland). The PCSPS (NI) is not funded and all the benefits are paid out of monies provided by Parliament through the Vote for superannuation.
