§ Mr. Geoffrey FinsbergLast year the Government established the inquiry into human fertilisation and14W embryology chaired by Mrs. Mary Warnock. This has been asked to consider 'what policies and safeguards should apply to all forms of artificial fertilisation and embryology, including artificial insemination, whether facilities are provided within the National Health Service or elsewhere. The Inquiry is expected to report in the latter half of 1984.
