§ Mr. Buchanan-SmithFurther to the reply that I gave my hon. Friend on 5 November 1982—[Vol. 31, c.9–10]—and following the transfer ceremony on 26 November 1982, the formal transfer of the collections to the National Collections of Industrial and Marine Bacteria Limited will take place on 1 March 1983. A copy of the final agreement with the company has today been placed in the Library of the House.
