§ Mrs. ChalkerI have not as yet received a formal application for the imposition of a 40 mph speed limit at East Taphouse from Cornwall county council. I understand that it has recently advertised its proposals and the objection period expires on 28 March. If Cornwall county council then seeks approval to this speed limit, I shall lose no time in reaching a decision.
