§ 28. Mr. Wheelerasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if he has yet made a response to the report sent to him by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors on the management and service charges with regard to blocks of flats.
§ Sir George YoungI shall not be in a position to make a formal response until I have had an opportunity for full consideration of all the recommendations following consultation with those who contributed to the report.
