Member to the reply given to his question on 16 February 1982.—[Vol. 18, c.80.] Since then only one organisation, the London branch of the Celtic League, has written objecting to the prevention of Terrorism (Temporary Provisions) Act and the way in which it operates. In the course of his review of the operation of the Act, Lord Jellicoe received oral and written representations; a list of witnesses is given at annex C to his report (Cmnd. 8803).
