§ 50. Mr. Wellbelovedasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if he is satisfied with the appeals procedure operated by the Bexley education committee in respect of the exercise of parental choice under the 1980 Act.
§ Dr. BoysonA complaint about the appeals procedures in Bexley is currently being investigated. I shall write to the hon. Member when the investigation is completed.
